The 'runsys' folder contains the sources for the common runtime environment.
Carousel MicroTools Inc. was a company formed by Phil Scherrer, Deborah Scherrer, Sam Penny, and Tom Strong to produce and distribute a version of the Software Tools for microcomputers.
