Audible Instruments modules compatibility

This page represents an ongoing record of which Audible Instruments modules are supported by MetaModule, and to what extent: "fully supported", "works with limitations", "not yet supported"
Overall Status:
- we are re-doing the panel graphics in order to satisfy license requirements.
- all modules work using the new rack and core interfaces (see dynamic_loader branch)
