Fixed bugs and rewrote the "vegreferanse" class (again)
Some improvments to error handling.

Vegreferanse is no longer returned as a class object when creating a nvdb object. It has to be created manually from a vegreferanse string. This helps with the issues of the endpoint not supporting refferences that are not points.
