Test Beds and Data Standards

What data to include

• initial focus on passenger data; freight too
• include validation and calibration data for multiple years to enable sensitivity testing
• should be published in open source data standards

Concerns

• many states already have data standards
• should create calibration and validation data standards
• Should leverage existing standards such as OSM that can go back to serve the public good
• It should be flexible, nimble, and updatable
