3.0 - Sound Fix and CSS Redirector Compatibility

• Added sound should now properly work
• Added a ui_name_id entry field to be used with CSK's plugin/tool. Leave this blank if you don't plan on using it, or enter the ui_name_id of your character, and the UI will be renamed
• Last saved settings will be preserved
