Window resizing and other minor fixes!

Hey everybody, today is a smaller update but one that will be very appreciated. We added the ability to resize your window in order to achieve optimal viewing at any screen resolution. Along with this update is a few minor performance improvements, a smaller overall program file size, and some improvements to the installer. Now when you install the program you can see the download progress and it shouldn't lag or crash anymore.

We can't wait for you to try this new update out!

Note: This version is outdated. Running the provided installer will install the latest version and not this version. If you specifically want this version over the latest version, download the source zip and launch the program from Project-Tracker-1.6\Project-Tracker-1.6\install-resources\Project Tracker\Project Tracker.exe.
