Improve proposal by adding a short "mission statement" and propose conveners. Proposed conveners are: Margrete, Clemens, and Peter.
The issue can probably be closed without further ado. Peter will have a look.
We might propose a workshop together with the Metadata IG and/or a poster(?) documenting the current work and status of the MerMEId. Will put that on the agenda for the November meeting again.
