Visualization main
The visualization comprises of three panels:
- The "visualization panel" displays the histograms or junctions reads depending on what is being viewed (description)
- The "Options panel" which provides information about the currently selected insertion as well as some configuration options for the visualization (description)
- The "Insertions table," which lists all of the insertions for the current sample and allows for selecting the sample to be viewed (description).
