This removes n-ui-foundations as a direct production dependency of this component and bumps o-forms to ^v5

Migration Guide:

  • o-forms usage in any consuming app should use ^v5
  • if you need n-ui-foundations in your app you'll have to include it directly within the app rather than relying on this component to include it
