Changes to support the Plugin Store better and a few other non-functional changes. No need to upgrade from the previous release.

Improved support for energy meters & bug fixes

Improved support for energy meter devices with Reset and Update. Also, several minor bug fixes and code formatting cleanup. Download, and unzip the source code to get the plugin.

Added energy usage reporting

Adds energy usage reporting if the device supports it in the Vera.
