Adding major new features:

1. Allowing trait-covariance to be estimated as a structural equation model (SEM), using input format from package:sem
2. Switching to use package:ape for internal representation of evolutionary relatedness, either using existing taxonomic structure converted to a tree, or specifying an additive tree;
3. Adding new options to coerce output to common objects
4. Adding data and results when fitting phylogenetic SEM to life-history parameters as well as habitat, reproductive, spawning, trophic, morphometric, and other traits for all described fishes.

Update dependencies

... to require a version of rfishbase prior to release 4.0.0, when taxa-table rfishbase::fishbase as used in FishLife::Plot_taxa was replaced by rfishbase::load_taxa()

Adding stock-recruit parameters

Adding stock-recruit parameter estimates based on stock-recruit records from the RAM Legacy stock-recruit database. The addition of stock-recruit parameters completes the full life-cycle for fishes, and then allows population-dynamics parameters (generation time, intrinsic growth rate) to be calculated.
