Woggles are a race of supreme magical beings that fought alongside the Ancients to seal away the Ruin. Their physical bodies and memories were lost in the great war, leaving them to return in the present day as unaware children. Prior to the events of the main story, they were under the care of the Terrene Protectorate.

The Protectorate planned to use Woggles' limitless power and weaponry to destroy The Ruin before it could reach Earth. Due to their undeveloped minds, the Woggles refused to cooperate in training programs or provide any usable weaponry to their handlers.

Imagitonium is the only product the Protectorate could reliably source from their Woggle population. After its discovery as ship fuel, handlers would force their assigned Woggle to produce as many imagitonium rods as possible, which would then be shipped to the factory for processing.

Humanoid Woggles are the fully developed adult version of regular Woggles, which only exist after the fall of Earth.
