  • Add new credits system to Firework Challenge.

A lot has changed since v1.11.x. Package paths of classes and names of mode folders and descriptions. Please ensure those are updated to match the new names and texts as described in README.txt!

As usual, do not delete your profile.cfg, and replace all old ModePile files when merging.

  • Multinext Marathon mode added.
  • Added 2 selectable game rules to Grade Mania 4.
  • Added a new credits system to Idiot% Mode, Roll Training and Grade Mania 4.
  • Added visual effect for holds in Idiot% Mode, Firework Challenge, Roll Training and Grade Mania 4.

Changed in this version

  • Collapse now has bonus levels, a selectable endless mode, and a better score interpolation for display (supplied by leikaisho). Leaderboards have been cleared.
  • Score display slightly changed in Score Trial.
  • Speed tables in Grade Mania 4 has changed, leaderboards have been cleared once again.
  • Fixed long-standing issue in Idiot% Mode's Omen sub-mode's credits' Big Mode implementation.
  • Fixed bug with TerrorInstinctRandomizer. It shouldn't change its behaviour, but should make it ever so slightly more "correct".
  • Memory usage and performance for custom texts should be slightly better than v1.12.x.

Changes in this version

  • Fix for an off-by-one-error in SpeedTableBuilder
  • Off-by-one-error in Grade Mania 4's speed table has been fixed. Scores have been wiped, but old replays will still work.
  • Player name rendering in Minesweeper has been generally fixed, along with some replay fixes.
  • Minesweeper's mine generation algorithm has been made more random.
  • Removed dependencies on WIP Gem Swap gamemode.

As usual, do not delete your profile.cfg, and replace all old ModePile files when merging.

New in this version

  • Grade Mania 4 mode added.
  • A few new rulesets have been added.

Changed in this version

  • The hard drop effects have been changed slightly, and are now toggleable.
  • Some custom text effects have been made to be higher quality, with less visual artifacting.
  • Joker mode has its level 200+ level up logic changed to match the original (Fours or better are required to level up.
  • Idiot% Mode has been changed to allow downstacking a lot better (Fours or better do not clear your spin chain, and the spin chain bonus has been uncapped).
  • Colour Power mode has had its activation count reduced to 5 from 10, so that more power ups can be activated during a game.
  • Marathon Two's visual effects for game-overs have been tweaked slightly. Flashing lights and colours warning still applies.

Fix

Fixed a potential NullPointerException in Deltatris

Note: there are some unused modes and libraries in this release, don't try and use them because they're probably incomplete (they won't be listed in the README).

As normal, replace all modded class files, add all the extra resources but do not accidentally delete profile.cfg if it exists.


Thank you for enjoying this mod pack for the past year. We enjoyed making these for the time that we did, and we hope you can enjoy this last release for an indefinite amount of time.

Feel free to fork this mod pack to develop it further.

Note from @Shots243: For the past few months I've stopped enjoying modern ***ris and *GM. It's gotten to the point where I can't even open those without looking at it with a "hatred" of some sort. I've also dropped most of my participation with the wider online ***ris community for personal reasons. Don't go after anyone, it's none of their fault. I might also return to this pack someday, maybe when I finally come around and stop being a bit of a dumbass. Thanks again everyone for enjoying this pack, and a special thank you to @ry00001 and @MandL27 for co-developing some of the modes and concepts for this pack.

Major Version

New in this Version

  • A brand new particle engine. Soon this will be retroactively applied to all modes.
  • FireworkChallenge mode gets a large overhaul to the fireworks system in order to disconnect from the block clear animation dependency.

Changes in this Version

  • FireworkChallenge mode has an end-screen fix.
  • Marathon2 mode has a fix relating to the shotgun effect not removing the hard block property applied by hard field.
  • A couple of fixes relating to profiles on several modes.

As normal, replace all modded class files, add all the extra resources but do not accidentally delete profile.cfg if it exists.
