The first implementation of the quant table reader, which converts outputs of proteomics search engines into a generic wide format as discussed in #89

Attached is an example of how the output tables currently look like. At test notebook is available in

nbdev_nbs/quantification/test_table_loading.ipynb

Happy to get some feedback :)
