- Work Party #2
- assign dates, host, cook, and tasks
- etc..
- check your temperature. If elevated, stay home.
- loss of smell, stay home.
- bring masks so you can go inside to use bathroom and wash up
- mixing of groups is discouraged.
- maintain roster of attendees and contacts, in case tracing is necessary
- The 1st floor of the lodge is kitchen workers only. That way a family can work the kitchen, masks optional, with minimal risk.
- Meal service is optional at signup and costs $10/person (age 12+).
- Meals will be brought to the outside tables at meal times
- backup: dining room tables arranged vertically with 6'+ apart
- kitchen staff work at most, every other weekend (reduce group mixing)
- using a chainsaw, cut 8-10 double-length cottonwood rounds for tables
- also cut (25) single length (23") rounds for chairs.
- distribute these tables and chairs in nice-to-hang-out areas around the lodge, appropriately distanced.
- Rounds are easy to roll around and can be used through the season. This avoids hauling tables and chairs in and out of the lodge.
- use of trees is encouraged
- masks required indoors.
- wipe down surfaces touched before leaving
- Camping is encouraged
- Under phase 2, we can put two groups/families per dorm, separated by at least 6'.
- 4 dorms are available, via their outside doors. Zoo and Tow Hut are also covered areas.
