Needs a Project Leader

• New mountaineers sign (current one broken during 2020 tree felling)
• FUNDED: repair conduit on power pole next to lodge
• repair damaged power line

Phil Christy

• Water line between Dam & Cistern subject to freezing, bury under soil for added insulation - either with trench or build up a terrace

Michael Moreland

• Thing PEX tubing buckles under snow load, change to EMT tubing of similar diameter
• Shipping containers for storage #8
• Ski Hill trench for comms & power #15

Norm Vigus

• Mach Tow Routing Jigs labelling currently stored loose in Tow Hut Attic, attach proper (metal or laminated) labels to jigs so future Meany-ites know what they are looking at

Jim Fahey

• Quarter Pole, replace, fabricate the missing broken off tie off metal hooks for rope
• Quarter Pole and Mid Tower, inspect and replace pullies, they are 20 years old
• Ski Hill
  • Need new required safety signs
• Dam
  • Water pipe inside dam failing, needs attention
  • consider adding mill pond liner to allow easier cleaning
  • design and install clean out valve
• Design and install new propane powered generator for lodge

Matt Simerson

• FUNDED: build retaining wall along the driveway #13
• FUNDED: Replace kitchen window broken by winter snow
• FUNDED: Replace broken office window
• Replace small window on stairs going up to cut down the cold air from around the window
• insulate wood shed wall, cannot use styrofoam or batting because of hornets/insects
• add plumbing for drinking fountain and a small sink near the coffee/drink station
• caulk unused screw holes in roof of Pump House.

Shawn Bertagnole

• New furnace requires multi-year seasoned wood, build new drying shed for 2 yrs of wood

Dave Claar

• Brush 420 Rd, clean ditches, fill potholes
• Work on zoo Addition. #14
• Mark trees on XC trails for removal, remove if time permits
• Install new culverts on Nikki's to improve drainage
