POG24 & BYG24 AndroidAuto & CarPlay Widescreen Patch

M.I.B GEM screens

These M.I.B functions will enable widescreen display of CarPlay and AndroidAuto on Porsche and Bentley G24 units.

Please Note: M.I.B installation script will check train on unit and ONLY install patch if all fits!
