Workshop prep

Workshop participants should have the following:

  1. R and RStudio installed on their computer
  2. A working knowledge of the R language (there are some great resources at this page)
  3. Familiarity with git and GitHub is helpful, but at the very least, please have a GitHub account
  4. Some data. We will have sample datasets available, but if you are aiming to apply this workshop to your own data, bring it along!
