• Email Notifications: Set notifications for changes in file content within specific categories.
• Change Password: Update your account password.
• User/Administrator Panel: Accessible only to administrators and caretakers.
• Logout: Securely log out of the system.
• Search: Search functionality that respects user permissions.

• Displays a random image from the gallery or one assigned to a specific section as defined by the administrator.

• Users can browse and download files within available tabs based on their permissions.

Concessions - Dealership Salons

• List: View a list of all concessions.
• Add New Concession: Add new concessions with required details like name, address, city, etc.
• Edit Concession: Modify existing concession details.

• Manage user permissions, edit user details, and handle user registrations.

Menu Structure

• Add new tabs, define tab types, assign caretakers/administrators, set tab visibility date ranges, and more.

Cars

• Manage car models.

Files

• Add File: Upload files to specific tabs, set visibility date ranges, and add keywords.
• Update File: Upload new versions of files, with options to retain or remove old versions.

Statistics

• Downloads: Track downloads over various time periods.
• Logins: Monitor user login activities.
• Page Visits: View page visit statistics.
• Automated Reports: Monthly reports for administrators and caretakers.

Development Plan

• Base site structure with basic authentication.
• Import data from the old service for menu structure, concessions, users, and files.
• Code functionalities for statistics.

Pre-Development Information

• Decision on plugins, libraries, and methodologies for menu structure, user access, and file uploads is needed.
