How to Participate

📋 Creating an Issue

If you have any questions, suggestions, or issues, please follow these steps to create an issue:

1. Navigate to the Issues Tab: Go to the project's GitHub repository and click on the Issues tab.
2. Click on New Issue: Press the New issue button to start creating a new issue.
3. Choose a Template: Select the appropriate issue template (e.g., Bug Report, Feature Request, Question) if available.
4. Fill in the Details:
   • Title: Provide a clear and concise title for your issue.
   • Description: Include detailed information about your question, suggestion, or problem. Provide context, steps to reproduce (if applicable), and any relevant screenshots or logs.
5. Submit: Click the Submit new issue button to create your issue.

🔍 Managing Issues

Our team and community members will monitor and respond to issues. Here’s how we manage them:

1. Triage: Issues are reviewed and labeled based on their type (e.g., bug, enhancement, question).
2. Assignment: Issues are assigned to team members or contributors who will address them.
3. Discussion: We encourage open discussion in the comments section of each issue. Feel free to provide additional information or ask follow-up questions.
4. Resolution: Once an issue is resolved, it will be closed with a summary of the resolution steps.

💡 Tips for Effective Communication

• Use Emojis: Emojis can help convey your message and make discussions more engaging. Here are a few you can use:

  • 👍 - Agreement or approval
  • ❓ - Asking a question
  • 💡 - Suggesting an idea
  • 🐛 - Reporting a bug
  • 🚀 - Proposing an enhancement

• Provide Context: When asking a question or reporting an issue, include as much context as possible. This helps others understand your situation and provide better assistance.

• Follow Up: If you find a solution to your problem, share it in the discussion. This helps others who might have the same issue.
