- On the homepage, click on the
Sign Upbutton located at the top right corner of the screen.
- You will be directed to the registration page. Fill out the required fields:
- Username: Choose a unique username.
- Email: Enter a valid email address. This will be used for account verification and communication.
- Password: Create a strong password following the conditions below.
To ensure the security of your account, your password must meet the following conditions:
- At least 8 characters long.
- Includes both uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Contains at least one numeric digit.
- Includes at least one special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*).
- Read through our terms and conditions. Check the box to agree to them. This is required to proceed with the registration.
- Go to the login page and enter your username and password to log in.
Solution: Choose a different username. Usernames must be unique across our platform.
Solution: Ensure your password meets all the specified conditions (length, uppercase, lowercase, numeric, special character). Try using a password manager to generate a strong password.
