Add the error signal generation to the modulation board. This includes a variable photodiode amplifier, a phase detector, and an 4th-order output filter.
Additional fixes and features:
- Update to KiCad 6
- High-speed input amplifiers (OPA695) with optional gain for all inputs and the RF output
- HMC1031 multiplier set to fix value of 1
- Modified power supply:
- Remove 3.3V LDO and supply HMC1031 with 3V VCO supply
- Replace LT3032-5 by LT3045 and LT3094
- Conncetors for +/-15V and +/-5V supplies
