First non-prototype release. Do not use earlier revisions.
-Single 12V supply for BUF602 (U9)
-Add diode and series resistance to VCO tuning port in order to aviod negative bias
-Add LDO for negative DDS supply
-Replace solder pads with connector for DDS power supply
-Use a dual OpAmp for the demodulation buffer
-Fix KiCad symbols and use latest footprints
