- Den Reis nach Packungsanweisung kochen und abkühlen lassen. | ||
- Getrocknete Tomaten in Streifen schneiden, Cocktailtomaten halbieren, Frühlingszwiebeln in Scheiben schneiden und Avocado würfeln. | ||
- Babyspinat waschen und zupfen, Pinienkerne in einer Pfanne ohne Fett rösten. | ||
- Für das Dressing Olivenöl, Zitronensaft, Salz, Pfeffer, Honig und Dijonsenf gut verrühren. | ||
- Alle Zutaten in einer großen Schüssel vermischen und das Dressing darüber geben. Gut vermengen und servieren. | ||
