* Add: Neat's artifacts are now reproducibly-built
* Add: Neat's artifacts are now signed by a PGP key. The ASC signatures are attached to
  the GitHub release. See

* Change: On Forge, make the mod more friendly to servers. Instead of crashing on startup,
  it should just be ignored.
