* Add: Config option which allows editing the decimal format of HP
* Add: Config option which allows changing the position of the icons
* Add: Config option which when enabled ensures that vanilla name tags
  (even if disabled through the other config) will be re-enabled if the
  specific entity is not rendering a Neat Healthbar. (Enabled by
  default)
* Change: Several config value names and tooltips were updated
