Added a separate submodule
nbs_parallelwhich contains NBS where permutations can be distributed among the available CPUs. I left the original function as is (except for +1 to the permutation counter which is printed) in case some folks prefer serial. Tested on an HPC (Python 3.10) and Mac (Python 3.9). If the function is ok, I can subsequently add a doctring.
