Welcome to the documentation for the Approximate Bayesian Computation analysis in Gladstein and Hammer (2019)

Below is the ABC pipeline to choose the best model and estimate the parameter values.

Each rectangle represents a step in the pipeline and each oval is a file input/output.

This documentation is intended for reproducing the work in Gladstein and Hammer (2019). We have created a generalized program, SimPrily, based off of the hardcoded scripts in this repository - Please use SimPrily if you would like to apply this method for your own work.
