Options panel complaint options
This is a description of the functionality provided under the 'complaint options' tab of the mod's options panel, selectable through the in-game options menu.
Normally, when commercial and residential buildings find themselves in a place that has a land value that they deem too low for their liking (the required land value increases as the building's level increases), they will complain about 'low land value'. If this complaint isn't addressed, they will eventually abandon.
This option disables this complaint (not just hiding the icon, but disabling the complaint itself), ensuring that relevant commercial and residential buildings will be able to survive and function anywhere regardless of land value.
- RICO ploppable buildings (enabled by default): includes all Ploppable RICO Buildings without the 'growable' option set.
- All RICO buildings (enabled by default): includes all Ploppable RICO Buildings (both with and without the 'growable' option set - if this is selected, then the above setting is also implicitly selected).
- Non-RICO growable buildings (disabled by default): applies to all growable buildings that AREN'T Ploppable RICO buildings.
Normally, when office and industrialbuildings find themselves in a place that doesn't have a sufficient level of city services (e.g. police, fire, public transport, beautification, etc.) for their liking (the required service levels increase as the building's level increases), they will complain about 'too few services'. If this complaint isn't addressed, they will eventually abandon.
This option disables this complaint (not just hiding the icon, but disabling the complaint itself), ensuring that relevant office and industrial buildings will be able to survive and function anywhere regardless of service levels.
