- Add AGENTS.md with compressed retrievable docs index
- Add docs/agents/ with Effect, Effect patterns, monetary, logging, and accounting docs
- Add oxlintrc.json (matches myautonomy-tan conventions: no-barrel-file, no-explicit-any, no-console, etc.)
- Replace emoji prefixes in company-structure logs with text (FAIL/OK/WARN)
