Fix for incorrect command handling

I discovered that csgo's chat message structure is not as solid as I thought. It can change, so I can't mess with stuff before the splitter.
Edit: modified error reporting.

Hotfix for different steam library path.

If you want to use a game that's from a different path than steam, set the steamapps path to the folder that contains /common/
