Polygenic Scores (PGS)

The PGS tab contains the spanish polygenic scores (PGS) reference distributions for the PGS catalog database. The frequency histograms (Fig. 1.A) were calculated for both genomes and exomes in CSVS. Use the selection tab (Fig. 1.B) to switch between them. Common population stats (e.g. mean, min, max, decile) are shown next to the plot (Fig. 1.C).

You can modify the information shown in the plot by selecting the population group. Use clear to update the default selected subpopulations in the plot. (Fig. 1.E)

PGS can be searched by id (i.e. PGP000198) or trait description (i.e. breast cancer). Additionally, results can be filtered by the ancestry distribution of the GWAS association study, the training or the evaluation datasets (Fig. 1.D).
