Do we need the break tags? It might make the text look funny on mobile/different screen sizes. We could make the div containing the text narrower if it gets too wide without the

note that implementation differs from wireframe in that we don't have a "Cancel Request" button yet - the feature hasn't been implemented.

7. Sign out of BCeID account
8. Sign in with your IDIR. Make sure you have role
cas_analyst9. Navigate to "Operator Administrators and Access Requests" page, then click on "View Details" button next to the row for bc-cas-dev-secondary/Delta Innovations
10. Click the "Decline" button (and confirm you want to decline the request).
11. Log out of your IDIR, sign back in with the bc-cas-dev-secondary BCeID
12. Click the "Select Operator" link, and select "Delta Innovations" as the operator again. You should see

14. Select (and confirm) "Bravo Technologies" as your operator
