• Removing the probable BA.4 and BA.5 definitions, now only sequences that pass the strict default threshold for BA.4 and BA.5 will be given those lineage assignments.
• Adding in a cascading XE definition that combines three files (XE, XE-parent1 and XE-parent2). To be assigned XE, it requires the XE parent1 and XE parent2 constellations to be fulfilled prior to the assignment of XE constellation. Corresponding updates to scorpio (now in v0.3.17) prevent a single parent json from being assigned.
