Move the ReticleTimer's position when user is "at the console" #10

Currently when the user is at the console and wants to "move back" the ReticeTimer is in the way. Need to either move the reticle's position like how we move the player position or come up with another idea. This Issue is related to #3

releasing a new commit that fixes this issue, but ill continue to leave this issue open as the reticle still needs improving

just discovered after building the gaze isn't working at all now so still bug

never mind the newest push should resolve this issue. But for reference, the issue was related to an "EventSystem" GameObject that as of now we have no idea where it came from. photos attached to show what I mean.

fixed the reticle position thing and the reticle not appearing at all in
the phone build. #10 . also did some stuff related to #4 which used
added to @chiachan199  previous commit. Also added the brick and landing
