The reticle gaze loading image. for when the user gazes at the console image and is to be teleported to the console. @cutierobot requested

been working closely with @ManshadAli and sketched up a few ideas on how it should look. Also ensured it abided by the design princi[les for vr
vr reticle gaze timer - page 1

currently experiencing a bug where it doesn't show up correctly. I think it has something to do with it being a prefab or not. Either way, I'm looking at a previous unity2d project I did to see how I changed the images.
