FunSeq2

Introduction

A flexible framework to annotate and prioritize cancer somatic mutations.

Please refer to http://info.gersteinlab.org/Funseq2 for information on installing and running FunSeq2.

Data context can be downloaded from http://funseq2.gersteinlab.org/data/

Scores for all possible noncoding SNVs can be downloaded from http://funseq2.gersteinlab.org/downloads
