Settings
Settings are all managed in ZT Studio's Settings window, although they can sometimes be altered in other places in the user interface as well. In the most recent versions of ZT Studio, settings are explained much more in-depth in ZT Studio when hovering over a label.
They are stored in settings.cfg. The INI file is indirectly explained by Command line
