[TASK-857] Add Access Log section to security route

Description

Adds all necessary elements for users to use Access Log feature in the UI. It is accessible through Account Settings → Security (at the bottom of the page).

Also improves and unifies the looks of the whole Security route.

Notes

Changes here:

• Added section to the route component
• Defined accessLog.query that uses react-query
• Combined together accessLog.query with PaginatedQueryUniversalTable to display table at that new section
• Updated some styles of the whole Security route to match the designs
