• Now uses GNU make tools (autoconf/automake)

Major changes:

• Naming for strain files has changed to include uniaxial/biaxial/other in the filename to indicate the number of axes that are being strained
• Although a test suite is in progress it does not fully work yet (specifically there are no files to verify with)
• -v and -h options should work now

Binary is again built on Ubuntu 16.04

First official release

As far as my testing has found everything is working correctly. I would still recommend running your own tests until a testing suite is created. The following binary was compiled on Ubuntu 16.04 with GNU GCC v5.4.0.
