Ocular phenotypes LA data still go through the analysis

Deselecting "no data right eye", "no data left eye", and "no data for both eyes" results in all groups presenting without fused cornea and lens.

Further investigation showed that possible reason is that some other LA parameters were not included into MergeParametersList.txt.

• Update MergeParametersList.txt by adding EYE parameters from IMPReSS
