Freshservice

Freshservice is a cloud-based service desk and IT service management (ITSM) solution. The previous service hook configuration in Azure Devops will result in a detailed and always updated Freshservice Change for each deployment, most of the descriptions constains links to each item in Azure DevOps portal.

Each stage is recorded in a Freshservice Change, storing all the updates and progress about your release pipeline in notes attached to the Change.
