050 Prepare: enable serial port, disable serial console

In order to use the onboard serial port e.g. for the Vitoconnect connetion, on a fresh system you need to enable the serial port and disable the serial console:

At the console type sudo raspi-config or in the graphical environment open [menu] -> Preferences -> Raspberry Pi Configuration.

After applying changes Raspi will reboot, if it doesn't -> reboot manually.
