support updating doc mapping

this is a meta-ticket to group pull requests related to each others

• add doc mapping version to mapper (Add doc mapping UID attribute to DocMapping #5087)
• add doc mapping version to split (prevent merging splits with different doc mapping #5218)
• don't merge incompatible splits (prevent merging splits with different doc mapping #5218)
• add api to update the doc mapping (support updating doc mapper through api #5253)
• plug doc mapping change to control-plan and restart indexing pipellines (restart indexing pipeline on index update #5265)
• fix fields disappearing if their type change int vs string (cast updated fields #5076)
• fix fields disappearing if their type change obj vs json (fix conversion from old to new mapping for json and object #5281)
• fix getting errors about missing positions when updating what's recorded (don't error on phrase query schema error for old splits #5289)
  • when done, remove the corresponding #[ignore] annotations in the integration tests (Add integration test for doc mapper update #5266)
• documentation (start adding documentation on updating mapping #5290)
