rewrited version of #3 (continued porting to NiTe 2 (Status: all tf sending))

This is rewrited version of #3

This is almost equal to #11, but changed

• remove style change from this PR (may be we cna change style in the next PR)
• add launch file, NiTE2 apps requires to run directory containing NiTE2/s.dat, we put this in /etc/nite2 by Re-releasing Nite2 as debian package #4 (comment), this dep also includes small script named runnite2 which just moves directory to /etc/nite2 befor starting any commands

• continued porting to NiTe 2
• fix CMakeLists
• removed orocos_kdl dependency
• add launch/openni2_tracker.lauch
