Columinity employs several mechanisms to ensure secure use:
- We use Auth0, an industry-recognized platform, to ensure secure user-based access to the Teams Dashboard and Coaching Center. User passwords are stored exclusively and securely in Auth0.
- We are compliant with IASME Institute Cyber Essentials. Our company has been audited by one of their auditors. The certificate is available here.
- Customers on the "Enterprise" plan can optionally require 2FA for user accounts.
- Customers on the "Enterprise" plan can optionally include Single-Sign (SSO) to ensure that users log in with the company's own Azure AD or ADFS environment. SSO is available for select customers as a paid add-on to the regular "Enterprise" plan. Contact info@columinity.com for more information.
