-Added support for Hero talents (No major rotational changes, but the support is there to detect and use them)
-Redesigned Buff/Debuff detection code to, once again, work. It actually broke in 10.2, but the detection wasn't really needed since things like Judgment and Expurgation were applied so often that it didn't matter
-The code for Hammer of Light is functional, but more testing will be needed to ensure quality. This string will be updated before the Hero Talent becomes available with the expansion release
-Modified the Hammer of Wrath with Avenging Wrath string; it will now suggest Hammer of Wrath basically whenever it procs, since Hero Talents added multiple ways for it to proc. The description is not updated to reflect this since it breaks anyone's rotation if I changed the abbreviations, and how_aw might confuse people with all the other changes. Will be updated in later release so no one will be overwhelmed and will instead be whelmed.
-Added support for new Divine Hammers talent
-Cleaned up code and added redundancies to ensure Holy Power isn't wasted when Divine Hammers are up.

-Fixed the .TOC files to be up to date. The addon itself was up to date, but the files telling the game they were up to date were not. Apologies.
-Fixed an issue with the Execution Sentence string that caused it to be erratic in when it was suggested.
-Added further redundancies to protect Execution Sentence.
-Adjusted strings that pertain to Amirdrassil Tier set bonuses to be more reliable and useful. Some may have changed, check the descriptions in your rotation.
