• Will add partial fixed effects chapter: focus on extracting and visualizing effects

• ch 2 needs a section on the scientific method
• LMM chapter should be followed by simulation
• (SV: I will rewrite simulation chapter using designr and not use hand-written code)
• (SV: put matrix formulation of LM as online supplement)
