Info sheet for Tier 3 sponsors

Espen Dalløkken edited this page Mar 3, 2016 · 5 revisions

As a Tier 3 sponsor you are entitled to having a presence at the venue. We are open to suggestions and have a good track record for cooperating with our sponsors to make sure a maximum return while helping sponsors be apart of the conference experience.

Guidelines

There are some simple rules for sponsors having some kind of installation at the venue. These are to ensure a great experience for the attendees, speakers and sponsors:

  • When having an installation at the venue you can not remove it until after the last talk
  • You get a maximum of 2 tickets which you can rotate on different people to man your installation / spot / booth, in addition to your complimentary tickets from your sponsorship. If you get access for two people to be at the your installation / spot / booth then two people should always be there. These are not extra tickets.
  • If you need to put something up in terms of decoration you need to provide ways of making sure it is possible. You will get to view the venue in advance so you can make preparations
  • All sponsors must follow our Code of Conduct.

We will work with you in order to make sure you get to be an integrated part of the conference. Previous years has shown that our attendees appreciate sponsors who provide something to enhance the conference experience.

We love to help out! We would love to work with you to help make the best possible solution. Feel free to contact us about venue details or pitch your ideas for how to best utilize your sponsorship. Send us an email at: sponsor+contact@webrebels.org
