Overview

We attempt to employ an Agile/Scrum approach to managing requirements, features/bug fixes and release management.

Workflow

Sprints are 2-3 weeks in length
Each sprint is a GitHub Milestone
Issues
- User stories should be tagged with the user story label
- Epics should be tagged with the epic label

Meetings

Weekly team standup (Mondays at 13h UTC)
